Registration Questions

  • Do I need to be a member of IOA to register for the event?
    • IOA membership is not required. IOA 2025 is open to all! However, IOA Members receive a discounted rate on conference registration. If you are not yet an IOA member we encourage you to learn more about all that IOA has to offer by visiting our website. Become a member >

  • What does the registration cost?
  • What is the registration cancellation policy?
    • All cancellations must be submitted via email IOA at [email protected]. Cancellations submitted on or before 10 March 2025 will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 March 2025. Registrants who cancel after this date will be responsible for payment regardless of attendance. Substitute attendees will be permitted, and requests for substitutions must be submitted via email. After an invoice is past due, a late fee of $20 will be assessed. (If at any time our event format changes from an in-person event, registration fees and cancellation policy will be assessed.) Read all of the event terms, conditions, and policies.
  • When does registration close?
    •  Online registration will close on 31 March 2025. Walk-in registration will be available onsite.

  • Is there a virtual attendance option?
    • No, the Annual Conference is in-person only. 

 

Schedule, Content & CE Questions

  • What days/times are the sessions? Where are the sessions being held?
    • There will be three days of events and sessions that will follow the order outlined on our schedule page. Please note, this schedule is subject to change as programming develops. All times are listed in Eastern Time. All sessions will be held at the hotel.
  • What meals and snacks are included in the registration? 
    • Coffee and tea, as well as the following meals and snacks, will be provided
    • Monday: Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch, Afternoon Break, Evening Reception
    • Tuesday: Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch, Afternoon Break
    • Wednesday: Breakfast, Morning Break
  • Does the Conference offer continuing education credit? 
    • All IOA Conference session materials are sent to the CO-OP® Certification Board to be approved for Professional Development Hours (PDH credits). Credits for CO-OP® credentials are self-reported and the credits are delivered based on the sessions you attend.
    • There are three CO-OP® designation levels: CO-OP®, Candidate for CO-OP®, and Inactive CO-OP®. Learn more about CO-OP® >
